无人机编队表演 —— 场地、空域与预订指南Drone Light Show — Site Requirements, Airspace Approval & Lead Time
无人机表演的成本不在硬件,在"能不能飞"。这一页把场地方和执行方真正要过的关讲清楚:起降区多大、观众离多远、空域报批多久、出故障怎么办。The hard part of a drone show is not the hardware — it is getting permission to fly. This page sets out what a venue and an operator actually have to clear: launch area, audience distance, airspace approval time, and what happens when a drone fails.
这是什么节目What the show is
Hundreds of drones are laid out in precise formation on the ground, then lifted in sequence to turn the night sky into a screen — phoenixes, castles, festival symbols, zodiac totems, or a brand logo. Each transition happens directly above the audience, which is why the image travels: people film it and post it.
Our own visual library is built around a phoenix series — from wing-beat to circling to rebirth — programmed across thousands of light positions and multiple formation changes. It is the sequence that destination night-time programmes get the most reach from.
Everything is delivered as one package: creative design, choreography and programming, airspace filing, local reporting, and on-site execution.
场地要求Site requirements
| Launch / landing area 起降区 | Flat, ≥ 30 m × 20 m |
|---|---|
| Audience distance 观众安全距离 | ≥ 100 m, with barriers and marshals |
| Airspace 表演空域 | Clear and unobstructed — no power lines, tower cranes or flight paths |
| Command position 指挥位 | Vehicle spot plus a 220 V power connection |
| Approval window 报批周期 | Airspace approval: approximately 5–15 working days |
The single most common reason a drone show gets cancelled is the airspace, not the weather. The site requirements are usually easy to meet. Clearance is what takes time — which is why the approval clock, not the flight date, should drive your planning.
空域报批Airspace approval
Inside China, airspace approval runs in the range of 5 to 15 working days, and the filing, local reporting and coordination are handled end-to-end by us — you are not asked to navigate the process yourself.
For engagements outside China, the filing follows the destination country's rules, which vary widely: some jurisdictions require an operator licence, some issue a per-event permit, and some require both plus a notice to airmen. Tell us the city and the date and we will set out what that market needs before you commit to anything.
风控体系Risk control
- 1+N redundancy. Control links run on a hot backup. If a single aircraft fails, the formation automatically degrades and re-fills so the shape stays intact above the audience.
- Geofencing. A hard electronic boundary around the flight volume.
- Audience safety radius. Enforced by barriers and marshals, not by assumption.
- Emergency landing plan. A defined contingency for partial and full aborts, rehearsed before the event.
- Insurance. Full cover for the operation.
先看效果再飞See it before it flies
Every programme is previewed in 3D simulation against your actual site — sightlines, scale, and how the formation will read from the audience's position. Custom work built from a city identity or a brand VI is confirmed at that stage, before hardware is booked or filings are made.
Festival themes are available off the shelf — Halloween bats, Valentine hearts, zodiac totems — or built from scratch. Programmes are music-synchronised with multi-stage transitions, and can be run in sequence with fireworks, fountain and water-screen shows so the drone sequence becomes the finale of a longer evening.
常见用途与合作方式Where it is used
- Festival and holiday finale. The act that closes a night and gets filmed.
- Destination and theme park night programme. Adds a second reason to stay after dark.
- City countdowns and openings. Sky-scale storytelling with the skyline as a backdrop.
- Brand launches. A logo rendered at a scale no screen can match.
预订时间线Booking timeline
- Brief. Date, city, venue, audience size and the message you want in the sky.
- Site check. Launch area, airspace and command position confirmed against the requirement table above.
- 3D preview. Formation, transitions and music confirmed before anything is committed.
- Filing. Airspace and local approvals, 5–15 working days inside China.
- Event night. Ground formation, launch, flight, recovery.
常见问题Frequently asked questions
How much space does a drone light show need?
A flat launch and landing area of at least 30 m × 20 m, an audience distance of at least 100 m with barriers, and clear airspace free of power lines, cranes and flight paths. A command vehicle spot with 220 V supply is also needed.
How long does airspace approval take?
Inside China, typically 5 to 15 working days, handled end-to-end by us. Outside China, the filing follows the destination country's rules and we prepare the technical documentation the authority requires.
What happens if a drone fails mid-show?
Control links run on a hot backup with 1+N redundancy, and formation gaps are automatically re-filled so the shape stays intact. Geofencing, an audience safety radius, emergency landing plans and insurance complete the loop.
Can we see the formation before the event?
Yes — every programme is previewed in 3D simulation against your site before a single drone flies. Custom formations are confirmed at that stage.
Can it be combined with fireworks or a water show?
Yes. Drone formations integrate with fireworks, fountains and water screens, with music-synchronised multi-stage transitions.
